  Devastating experience. After waiting in for my delivery for two days and the driver not turning up but saying I wasn't in I asked for my order to be returned and refunded as I was fed up. Baby & Co rang me and told me I was a liar and the driver did try and deliver (I can tell you he didn't I'm heavily pregnant and not going anywhere) they then went on to say I would he charged for the return. I'm now sat at home crying because the rude staff made me feel like I had done something wrong when all I did was wait for my delivery. I can't wait in anymore my baby could come at any point so there was no over option for me but to ask for it to be sent back. I don't think I should be charged because other people haven't done there job properly. I'm so upset by this experience.
